WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
Motorcycles can be dangerous. Terry Components has no control over usage of any distributed parts. Terry Components expects the dealer or customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, application, installation use and maintenance of any part or kit. Terry Components assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Terry Components shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
1 YEAR WARRANTY-RETURNS- Starter Motors, Starter Parts and Battery Cables. Terry Components handles all warranty issues at the Terry Components facility and at the discretion has the right to repair or replace any product that has been first inspected and determined defective by Terry Components. All Terry Components products that are allegedly deemed to have failed must first obtain from Terry Components a “Return Goods Authorization” number. Along with this return authorization, a copy of original invoice, the dated warranty card and if possible the original box must accompany merchandise proving date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, misapplication or disassembly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – All sales are final! Reimbursement will not be given as credit to account, for cash or through credit card sales. In some cases exchanges may be made. A 20% service charge may apply. No merchandise will be shipped until payment is secured. Payment s is accepted in cashier’s check, money order, and pre-approved company checks or by credit card.
SHIPPING- All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested differently at an additional charge.
PRICING– All invoices reflect prices in effect at time of purchase. All back orders will be processed according to price in effect at time of purchase. Special discounted sales reflect only the dates limited to the special sale.
WHOLESALERS & DEALERS- A valid resale and dealer license must be sent along with a completed South Dakota Exemption form before any orders can be processed.
